#5: FINAL DESTINATION 2
#1: THE CAT IN THE HAT
#2: GIGLI
#4: COLD CREEK MANOR
You asked for it!  These are my 5 least favorite films for the year 2003.

This year's a mixed bag of big stars in big duds.  Click the posters to read my complete rant for each affront to the cinema!

Remember, unlike those who review films for a living, I haven't seen every movie released during the year. This list is chosen from the films that I have been unfortunate enough to have paid good money to endure.
#1:  The Cat in the Hat
#2:  Gigli
#3:  Bringing Down the House
#4:  Cold Creek Manor
#5:  Final Destination 2

Looks like that destination wasn't so final for this horror franchise wanna-be, as Death has more teen trouble to contend with.  Duh!

Written By:  Richard Jefferies
Starring:  Dennis Quaid, Sharon Stone, Stephen Dorff, Juliette Lewis,
Kristen Stewart, Ryan Wilson, Dana Eskelson, Christopher Plummer

Advertised like a supernatural thriller, this idiotic family drama is about as far from super as you can get.

Written By:  Jason Filardi
Starring:  Steve Martin, Queen Latifah, Eugine Levy, Jean Smart, Joan Plowright, Missi Pyle, Betty White
Rated:  PG-13 (language, sexual humor, drug material)

Steve Martin and Queen Latifah backfire in this stereotypical comedy backstep about an uptight suburbanite and a convicted felon... guess who plays whom!
Directed By:  Martin Brest
Written By:  Martin Brest
Starring: Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez

MPAA:  Rated R for sexual content, pervasive language and brief strong violence.

Ben & J-Lo... the curse is on.  You're both doomed.  It's nothing personal.  I just can't allow you to be in another film together, that's all.
Directed By:  Bo Welch
Written By:  Dr. Seuss   (book) /
Alec Berg  &  David Mande & Jeff Schaffer (screenplay)
Starring:  Mike Myers, Dakota Fanning, Spencer Breslin, Alec Baldwin,

Not even worth rhyming about.  Ranting, however, is a different story!

Eww... get me outta here!
