Official Rules:

1. E-mail entry to ajsplacemovies@comcast.net.  Entries must contain correct answers to all five challenges listed above as well as the entrant's name and valid e-mail address. Please include "Unsolved Mysteries" in subject line. Entrants must be at least 17 years of age to play.  Only one correct entry per e-mail address will be accepted. To be eligible, all entries must be received by 11:59pm PDT on October 14, 2004.
 
2. Each entry will be judged to determine whether the challenges have been correctly answered. Decisions by contest judges are final. All valid entries that contain the correct answers to all five challenges will be entered into a random drawing from which one winner will be selected.  Winner will receive one (1) "Unsolved Mysteries - Ghosts" DVD set.  In the event no one answers all the challenges correctly, A.J.'s Place reserves the right to not declare a winner, and to conduct an additional contest for the prize at a later date. No transfer or substitution of prize is allowed. A.J.'s Place is not responsible for incomplete, lost or misdirected entries.
 
3. The winner of "The Unsolved Mysteries Ghostly Giveaway" will be announced on this web site approximately two weeks after the closing date of the contest.  Winner must provide a mailing address to receive a prize (no P.O. boxes, please).  By entering, contestants authorize A.J.'s Place to post their name and home city/state, should they be declared the winner of this contest.
   
4. This Contest/Sweepstakes is open to residents of the continental United States, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.  A.J. and other contributors to this website, A.J.'s Place: Movies & More, are not eligible to win.

5. A.J.'s Place respects the privacy of its visitors.  Entrant e-mail information is used only for the purpose of this contest.  No e-mail information submitted in this contest will be given, sold, or transferred to any third parties.
